Once you've received your seat covers, you'll need to install them on your boat. The process is fairly simple, follow the steps below.

Please note: we make covers for multiple Sun Tracker models, so the pictures shown may not match your boat exactly. If you have questions or need assistance please call us or email us, we're happy to help!

Sun Tracker pontoon boat seat covers

1. Unpack the covers and dry-fit them on your boat to be sure you have each one in the correct place before you start.

2. Start with the front left bench. Make sure the seat cover is over the seam at the side door and the end seam should match the seam on the seat.

Pull the fabric down so the button is on the first line on the frame. Do not use the lower line on the frame.

Rub chalk on the back of the button and then tap it against the frame with your hand to mark where to install the screw stud. Or you can use a pencil to mark where the center of the button is on the frame, and then extend the line up to meet the top line.

We include self-tapping screw studs for use on the boat frame, these can be screwed directly into the frame or you can use a ⅛” drill bit to drill a pilot hole for the screw stud.
